Payment & Confirmation
- ·Full payment is required prior to the event date to secure your reservation.
- ·Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received in full.
- ·Last-minute and same-day bookings are accepted subject to vehicle availability and may be priced higher.

Cancellation Policy
- ·Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup are eligible for a full refund.
- ·Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once, subject to availability.
- ·No-shows are charged the full reservation amount.

Hourly Chauffeur Rules
- ·Hourly service starts at $150 per hour with a 3-hour minimum.
- ·Big events, city-wide service, and high-demand dates may be priced higher due to circumstances and availability.
- ·Time begins at the scheduled pickup time and runs continuously until final drop-off.
- ·Overtime is charged in 30-minute increments at the same hourly rate.
- ·Idle time requested by the client counts toward total billed hours.

Private Transfer Rules
- ·Point-to-point transfers are quoted for the exact route and stops requested.
- ·Additional stops or route deviations may incur extra charges.
- ·Wait time beyond 15 minutes at pickup is billed as idle time.
- ·The first hour of flight delay is included; delays beyond one hour may require a revised pickup time.

Vehicle & Conduct
- ·Smoking is permitted inside the vehicle with payment of the cleaning fee.
- ·A $300 cleaning fee per day applies to smoking, vaping, or any smoke odor left in the vehicle.
- ·Excessive cleaning due to spills, stains, or illness is billed separately.
- ·The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate service for unsafe or unlawful behavior.

Liability & Insurance
- ·South Florida Luxury Transportation LLC is fully licensed and insured.
- ·We are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or events beyond our control.
- ·Personal belongings left in the vehicle are the client's responsibility.
